Family Housing Investments, LLC is a company devoted to buying and selling real estate. Our company is not a traditional real estate company. We are in the business of helping home owners.

Foreclosure Avoidance...

We help home owners avoid foreclusore by buying your house quickly. We can also help people who are NOT in foreclosure, but simply need to sell quickly.

If you have a house you'd like to sell, FHI can definitely help you. We can close in as little as 7 days, and you can stay in the house until you are ready to move. Buyer Assistance...

We help people who want to buy a home do just that. We can help people with most financial difficulties (e.g. turned down by the banks, no employment history, bankruptcy, etc.).

Family Housing Investments is looking for people who want to purchase a home but can’t quite meet today’s financial restrictions. If you have poor credit, don’t have an employment history, just changed jobs, or you just don’t want a conventional loan, we can help. Rehab...

We buy property at a discount and sell it for a profit. We never pay more than 65% of the market value for a property. After buying at a discount, we perform whatever repairs may be necessary to make the property attractive to the market and advertise it for sale.

You may ask, “How can you buy property at such a steep discount?” Well, like any great deal, you have to know where to look and be able to purchase quickly. And being able to close quickly is essential to the success of our strategy.

Most traditional financing takes from 4 weeks to 3 or 4 months for approval and people willing to sell at a discount won’t wait that long to close. So, I’m looking for individuals (private lenders) to assist us in growing our business by funding our deals. We're willing to pay as much as 8% simple interest for funds if you are one of the first to take advantage of a great opportunity. You can elect monthly interest payments and earn 6% or leave your money in the deal until the house sells and earn 8%. Of course, there are other long-term options also. Every opportunity is unique.

You may be surprised to learn that you can fund our deals with IRA or Roth IRA funds. Our interest payments go directly back into your account, and in the case of a Roth IRA, these interest payments are completely tax free forever.

All loans are secured by real property. You will receive the same documents that your bank received when you closed on your own home; a promissory note, deed of trust, appraisal, fire insurance policy and title insurance policy. All closings are done by an attorney so you can be assured that all details are handled competently. We cover all costs associated with closing so you bear no expense.
